We are looking for a dedicated Office Services Manager who is detail-oriented and people-centric. This role involves overseeing office operations and managing human resources functions, ensuring compliance and efficiency while fostering a positive environment for both associates and residents.

Key Responsibilities Include:
- Maintain personnel information for all team members and manage HR recordkeeping and processes on-site.
- Oversee the entire associate lifecycle, including pre-hire, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
- Champion the onboarding and orientation experience for new team members, ensuring a warm welcome.
- Coordinate IT account setups and assist associates with their technology needs.
- Ensure accurate and timely payroll submissions and adherence to regulations.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to bolster hiring and recruitment efforts.
- Assist in risk management, including workers’ compensation reporting and follow-up.
- Support HR in leave of absence and accommodation processes.
- Manage receptionist scheduling and performance effectively.
- Partner with the Administrator and leadership team to enhance engagement and morale.
- Order office supplies and maintain departmental budget spend-down sheets.
- Reconcile and submit community expenses, including p-card charges and petty cash.
- Maintain and update community licenses and certificates in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Assist with the care of community pets and demonstrate a passion for working with individuals with dementia.
- Exhibit empathetic communication with residents, families, and associates.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
