For dedicated RBTs looking for career advancement, we provide pathways to:
- Elevate your career to roles such as Lead RBT, RBT Supervisor, BCBA, and other positions within our organization.
- Apply for a full scholarship to pursue a Master’s in ABA at Temple University.
- Participate in our BCBA Apprentice Program after 90 days of full-time employment.
Your Responsibilities
- Assist individuals with autism in various settings, including home, community, and our centers.
- Teach essential daily living and social skills utilizing evidence-based techniques.
- Gather, organize, and analyze data from each session.
- Engage in clinical team meetings and continuous training.
- Execute training and therapy plans developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Communicate effectively with fellow RBTs, BCBAs, families, and management to meet client needs.
- Perform clerical and administrative tasks as required.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum age of 18 years (21 years if located in New Jersey).
- Availability for after-school hours, weekends, and holidays.
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and car insurance for client home visits.
- Must pass background checks and drug screenings.
- For BT Candidates: Must complete a 40-hour RBT training course and pass the RBT exam within 45 days of hire.
- For RBT Candidates: Must attend the required paid training program.
