Qualifications
Licensed as a Mental Health Professional in Minnesota.Master's degree or higher in behavioral or mental health from an accredited institution (e.g., social work, counseling, psychology).Unrestricted license to practice in good standing within your state.A minimum of 6 months of experience utilizing evidence-based therapies (e.g., ERP, CBT, ACT).Familiarity with OCD treatment, particularly ERP and/or ACT, is preferred.Strong organizational skills, quick learner, effective communicator, responsive to feedback, and adept at time management.Proficient in using technology for communication.Access to a private, secure workspace with reliable internet for remote work.Motivated and ready to thrive in a dynamic, goal-oriented startup environment.
