The Restaurant Shift Manager is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of our esteemed food and beverage outlet during assigned shifts. This dynamic role involves managing staff, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and maintaining the highest standards of service and sanitation.
Position Responsibilities
- Oversee the complete management of the restaurant during designated shifts.
- Foster a vibrant, welcoming atmosphere focused on sanitation and service excellence.
- Uphold service commitments, financial targets, and compliance with policies and procedures.
- Build strong relationships with team members and guests to enhance loyalty and commitment.
- Ensure service adheres to established standards and policies.
- Train, evaluate, and enforce compliance of all restaurant staff to food and beverage policies.
- Monitor sanitation compliance across the restaurant.
- Address and resolve customer complaints effectively.
- Meet profit objectives for the restaurant.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and hazard-free work environment.
Essential Functions
- Exposure to casino-related environmental factors, including secondhand smoke and high noise levels.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and move throughout the Casino/Hotel.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts.
- Capable of lifting, pushing, or pulling up to 25 lbs.
