INTERNSHIP OPPORTUNITY:
ActBlue is on the lookout for enthusiastic undergraduate students with a passion for the intersection of politics and technology to join our internship program for the summer of 2026. If you're eager to empower small-dollar donors to effect meaningful change, we want to connect with you! Our internship program is designed to provide valuable knowledge, skills, and experiences that will benefit your professional journey. Interns will receive comprehensive training and mentorship while engaging in activities and assignments that align with their career aspirations. Each intern will have access to a supportive team and dedicated manager to help achieve their goals.
We offer two distinct internship tracks:
ActBlue Tech Interns: These interns will assist our engineering and product teams in developing and scaling our technologies to meet client needs. While we prefer candidates with STEM backgrounds, all interested applicants are encouraged to apply.
ActBlue Business Interns: Interns in this track will support various departments including Customer Service, Communications & Marketing, and Account Management. We welcome applicants from all academic disciplines.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
The projects assigned will depend on the department you join, including:
For ActBlue Tech Interns:
- Collaborate with senior staff to develop applications.
- Document and test new applications and features.
- Conduct research on a variety of technical issues.
- Actively learn about emerging technologies.
For ActBlue Business Interns:
- Provide administrative assistance to department staff under the guidance of the intern supervisor.
- Engage in projects and programs aimed at enhancing our organizational efforts.
