Qualifications
Key Responsibilities:Transform business challenges into effective ML/AI solutions, establishing measurable success criteria.Create dependable data pipelines for both batch and streaming processes, ensuring data validation and quality checks.Develop, train, and assess models through reproducible experiments leveraging both classical ML and deep learning techniques.Design and implement production services, including APIs and batch jobs, equipped with automated testing and observability.Establish MLOps best practices, including version control, experiment tracking, model registries, CI/CD, and automated deployments.Monitor deployed systems, focusing on key performance indicators such as latency, throughput, and model drift, and execute retraining and rollbacks as necessary.Utilize modern AI methodologies, including LLM integrations, multimodal applications, and prompt design.Optimize system performance and cost through profiling, batching, caching, and GPU utilization.Collaborate effectively with product, data, and engineering teams, documenting all designs and decisions.Requirements:3-5+ years of hands-on experience in developing ML-powered products with full lifecycle ownership.Solid programming skills in Python and strong software engineering principles, including clean coding, testing, and modular design.Proficiency in ML/DL frameworks such as scikit-learn, PyTorch, or TensorFlow, alongside a solid understanding of evaluation metrics and experimental design.Experience with SQL, data modeling, and familiarity with data warehouses or lakehouses (e.g., BigQuery, Snowflake).Production-level experience in image and video ML applications, including classification and object detection.Familiarity with computer vision frameworks and libraries such as OpenCV and YOLO.Experience with orchestration tools like Airflow or Prefect.
