Assist in coordinating, reviewing, and ensuring compliance with the following obligations for the funds:
Corporate and partnership tax returns across various jurisdictions.
US Schedule K-1 investor reporting.
Calculation of reportable income and preparation of investor statements in accordance with the UK Reporting Fund regime.
Collaborate with the fund administrator and external advisors to manage compliance and reporting under FATCA, CRS, and Economic Substance regulations.
Support the ASC 740 tax review of the Group's investment products and maintain internal policies and framework documents.
Monitor international tax developments and assist with various tax projects, including exploring new markets or jurisdictions for potential fund opportunities.
Review tax terms for Separately Managed Accounts (SMAs) and direct investments, as well as investor side letters.
Contribute to the documentation and processes for launching new entities and meeting ongoing requirements for existing entities, including external correspondence with tax authorities.
Engage with various internal departments, including Finance, Operations, Legal, Compliance, and HR.
