The Role
We are seeking a proactive Furnace Process Development Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in building, operating, and refining our high-temperature furnace systems for material growth. This position blends research and development with hands-on manufacturing, ideal for individuals who thrive in dynamic environments and enjoy problem-solving both on the tools and within the processes.
Your Responsibilities
Adapt and transition existing processes to a newly upgraded furnace tool.
Optimize material growth processes and collaborate with the team to design, test, and integrate new furnace components.
Perform hands-on equipment modifications, including installing parts and ensuring overall system functionality.
Work closely with R&D to validate system updates and meet quality and performance benchmarks.
Operate in a cleanroom environment, adhering to best practices in process control.
