Qualifications
Key Responsibilities:Deliver and set up furniture in customer homes.Remove old furniture as needed and handle all delivery documentation.Supervise and support your Delivery Helper.Ensure truck cleanliness and perform daily maintenance checks.Verify inventory loads against shipping documents.Adhere to traffic laws and company driving protocols.Assist with warehouse duties, including unloading, tagging, prepping, recycling, cleaning, cycle counts, customer pickups, returns to stock, and assembly.Qualifications:No more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years.No DUI, DWI, or Reckless Driving in the last 5 years.Must have held a valid driver's license for at least 5 years (not necessarily consecutively).Minimum 6 months of experience driving a box truck or larger.Valid driver's license with a clean driving history.DOT qualified and able to maintain required documentation.Ability to read maps and follow both verbal and written directions.High school diploma or GED required.Able to pass a lift assessment (push/pull up to 250 lbs with or without accommodations).Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors, with exposure to various weather conditions and warehouse settings.Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.Capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team.
