Perform thorough evaluations of patients' physical conditions, including assessing their range of motion, strength, posture, ambulation, balance, and daily living activities.
Craft and execute personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient's evaluation findings.
Maintain precise patient records and generate reports in accordance with facility protocols.
Engage professionally with patients, their families, and fellow staff members.
Oversee the work of Physical Therapy Assistants, Exercise Physiologists, Technicians, Certified Athletic Trainers, and students in both direct and indirect patient care roles.
Ensure that supervised staff implement treatment protocols as specified in the physical therapy evaluations.
Participate in program development initiatives and take part in educational activities for ongoing professional development.
Support outreach community events as assigned by the Clinic Director.
Comply with state regulations and adhere to the ethical standards set forth by the American Physical Therapy Association.
A degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program and current state licensure as a Physical Therapist are required.
