Qualifications
Key Responsibilities
Adhere to safety protocols while conducting equipment repairs.
Utilize technology, including laptops and tablets, with ease.
Perform maintenance and repair on complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems across various rental and customer equipment, exercising independent judgment.
Provide training and support to junior technicians as needed.
Maintain thorough and timely documentation of all work performed.
Assist with the pick-up and delivery of equipment and parts.
Stay informed about OSHA regulations (preferred).
Field Mechanics: Travel to customer job sites for maintenance and repairs, ensuring service vehicles are maintained in a clean and professional state.
Participate in year-round company-sponsored OEM training.
Perform other assigned duties as required.
