Key ResponsibilitiesAdhere to safety protocols while repairing equipmentEffectively utilize technology, including laptops and tabletsPerform maintenance and repairs on complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems for various rental and customer equipment, demonstrating a high level of independent judgmentAssist in training junior technicians as neededMaintain accurate paperwork and electronic documentation for all work performedHelp with equipment and parts pick-up and deliveryFamiliarity with OSHA requirements is preferredField Mechanics: Travel to customer job sites for repairs and maintenance as required, keeping service vehicles clean and professionalParticipate in year-round company-provided OEM trainingPerform additional duties as assignedSkills & QualificationsPossess necessary tools for the positionStrong mechanical aptitude with a comprehensive understanding of toolsIn-depth knowledge of construction equipment and ability to interpret schematics and diagramsExcellent customer service, teamwork, and communication skillsHigh School diploma; completion of a Trade school certification is preferred
