In this role, you will be tasked with expanding our customer base by fostering relationships with contractors and principals of construction companies.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a designated territory, executing the complete sales strategy, including market analysis, sales forecasting, pipeline management, revenue growth, contract negotiations, and customer retention.
- Respond promptly to inbound leads and inquiries; familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems is essential.
- Engage in new business development and client acquisition; build strong relationships with contractors and construction company leaders to educate them on how EquipmentShare can enhance their profitability and operational efficiency.
- Maintain and cultivate existing customer relationships to ensure complete satisfaction with EquipmentShare's service and support; keep clients informed of new solutions that can improve their business.
- Address customer inquiries, requests, and complaints swiftly and effectively; deliver sales presentations to both prospective and current customers.
- Innovate new sales strategies and techniques to boost market share and enhance customer experience.
