Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a designated territory with full responsibility for executing sales strategies, including market analysis, forecasting, pipeline management, revenue growth, contract negotiation, and client retention.
- Respond promptly to inbound inquiries and leads, utilizing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems effectively.
- Drive new business development and account growth by establishing relationships with contractors and construction company leaders. Educate them on how EquipmentShare can enhance their operations and profitability.
- Nurture existing customer relationships to ensure 100% satisfaction with our services, keeping them informed about new solutions that can benefit their businesses.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints quickly, and conduct impactful sales presentations to potential and current clients.
- Innovate and develop new sales strategies to improve market share and enhance customer experience.
