Qualifications
Primary ResponsibilitiesManage a designated territory, executing the full sales strategy, including market analysis, sales forecasting, pipeline management, revenue growth, contract negotiation, and customer retention.Respond promptly to inbound leads and requests; proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems is essential.Develop new business and expand client relationships by educating them on how EquipmentShare's solutions can save them money and enhance operational efficiency.Maintain and nurture existing customer relationships to ensure 100% satisfaction with our services and keep them informed about new opportunities.Address customer inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly, and conduct sales presentations to potential and existing clients.Innovate sales strategies and techniques to enhance market share and improve customer experience.
