As a Territory Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base by establishing and nurturing relationships with contractors and construction company leaders.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee territory management within a designated geographical area, executing comprehensive sales strategies that include market analysis, sales forecasting, pipeline management, and revenue growth, along with contract negotiations and customer retention.
- Respond promptly to incoming leads and customer inquiries, utilizing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems effectively.
- Drive new business development and enhance existing client relationships by educating customers on how EquipmentShare can optimize their operations and improve their profitability.
- Maintain and cultivate existing customer relationships to ensure 100% satisfaction with our services and support, keeping them informed about new solutions that can enhance their business.
- Address customer inquiries and complaints efficiently while conducting engaging sales presentations to prospective and current customers.
- Innovate and implement new sales strategies and techniques to increase market share and enhance customer experience.
Qualifications & Skills
