In this role, you will be responsible for expanding our customer base by fostering relationships with contractors and construction company leaders.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a designated territory, executing full sales strategies including market analysis, sales forecasting, pipeline management, revenue growth, contract negotiation, and customer retention.
- Respond promptly to incoming leads and inquiries, utilizing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems effectively.
- Develop new business and client acquisition strategies while nurturing existing relationships to ensure 100% customer satisfaction with EquipmentShare’s services.
- Educate potential clients on how EquipmentShare can enhance their operations, save costs, and improve efficiency.
- Conduct sales presentations to both prospective and existing customers while addressing inquiries, requests, and complaints swiftly.
- Innovate new sales strategies to increase market share and enhance customer experience.
