Qualifications
Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor the performance and health of MarTech, CRM, CIAM, and digital experience platforms.Deploy new software releases, ensuring seamless upgrades with minimal downtime.Conduct routine operational checks, validate deployments, and ensure vendors adhere to SLAs.Support and troubleshoot web and mobile applications.Respond to operational incidents, escalating as necessary and resolving issues promptly.Collaborate with vendors for timely and high-quality ticket resolution.Engage in incident RCA and problem management processes.Provide Level 2 technical support.Assist in testing, validating environments, and verifying configurations.Utilize debugging tools, APIs, and shell utilities.Execute standard operational procedures.Support continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging AI technologies.Develop and maintain scripts to automate routine tasks and enhance operational efficiency.Contribute to Agile/DevOps workflows.RequirementsRequired Technical SkillsProficiency in HTML/CSS, JavaScript, XML, and REST/SOAP APIs.Experience with terminal/shell tools, API debugging utilities, and code editors.Understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP).Familiarity with Azure DevOps and Confluence.Experience with AWS and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).Exposure to CRM, CIAM, and CMS systems (e.g., AEM).Nice-to-Have SkillsSystem administration experience.Experience with AWS, GCP, Auth0, and Azure AD B2C.Knowledge of ITIL, Six Sigma, and Agile methodologies.Education & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.1-2 years of experience as an Operations Engineer or in a similar role.
