Qualifications
• A minimum of 15 years of experience in the hospitality industry, particularly with upmarket brands; at least 2 years of experience as a General Manager is highly desirable.• Demonstrated financial acumen with a solid track record in sales, pricing, and revenue management.• A robust background in Rooms and Sales is advantageous; strong process orientation, leadership capabilities, and organizational skills are essential.
