Key Responsibilities:
(50%) Oversee Store Operations and Drive Performance:
- Manage P&L to achieve operational goals including EBITDA, ADT, OER, PCYA, CSAT, and food and labor costs.
- Enhance service times and ensure operational excellence through self-evaluations and training.
- Monitor CSAT and implement operational adjustments as necessary.
- Boost sales and improve customer loyalty through effective local marketing and customer acquisition strategies.
- Control food and labor costs, identifying and eliminating waste.
- Communicate store goals clearly to managers and team members.
- Delegate responsibilities effectively, utilizing each team member's strengths.
- Ensure the store is prepared for all business hours, managing inventory and food safety procedures.
- Train staff on cash management and compliance.
- Coach the team on upselling techniques.
- Proactively identify and resolve potential issues.
(30%) Talent Recruitment, Development, and Retention:
- Manage all aspects of recruitment and onboarding, ensuring compliance with labor laws.
- Conduct interviews to find the right fit for in-store positions.
- Ensure staffing levels meet business needs.
- Foster a culture of continuous training and development for team members.
(20%) Leadership and Community Engagement:
- Engage with the local community to enhance brand visibility and customer relationships.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve employee satisfaction and retention.
