- Perform all team member responsibilities within the restaurant.
- Recruit, onboard, train, and supervise staff, including shift leaders, team members, bakers, and support personnel.
- Promote a collaborative work environment through effective coaching, feedback, and conflict resolution.
- Implement training initiatives to enhance team capabilities and performance.
- Lead by example, showcasing a strong work ethic, professionalism, and commitment to company values.
- Manage daily operations, including cash handling, inventory management, and adherence to brand standards.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, food handling guidelines, and sanitation protocols.
- Foster a guest-centric culture within the restaurant.
- Analyze guest feedback and develop action plans for continuous improvement.
- Develop operational strategies to boost efficiency, minimize waste, and enhance productivity.
- Deliver outstanding customer service by cultivating a welcoming atmosphere.
- Monitor customer feedback and reviews, taking corrective actions to enhance service quality.
- Control food and labor costs, manage inventory levels, and minimize waste to maximize profitability.
- Engage with the local community and explore partnership opportunities.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new business opportunities.
- Communicate restaurant priorities and performance metrics to team members.
- Oversee product roll-outs, including training and marketing.
- Manage vendor orders to maintain stock levels.
- Conduct self-assessments for food safety and brand compliance.
- Ensure the restaurant meets budgetary targets as set by the franchisee.
- Collaborate with Dunkin’ and Inspire Brands Field Operations team.
