Role Overview:
The General Manager (GM) plays a pivotal role in driving the day-to-day operations of our venue. Utilizing discretion and independent judgment, the GM is responsible for ensuring operational excellence, enhancing sales, boosting profitability, and fostering employee retention. You will lead the venue management team to maintain financial controls, streamline operations, develop staff, enhance guest experiences, and ensure compliance.

Your Responsibilities:
- Be at the forefront of all restaurant activities: planning, executing, and enhancing operations
- Focus on optimizing systems and processes to support your team
- Drive sales growth while effectively managing costs without compromising quality
- Oversee all venue operations and make critical decisions on key matters
- Engage and communicate effectively with all departments, including the back-of-house management team and BHC Head Office
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to the BHC brand and foster a positive team culture
- Ensure outstanding guest service, address complaints promptly, and implement solutions
