Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food safety regulations.
Manage inventory, placing orders, and tracking supplies to prevent shortages or waste.
Staff Management:
Recruit, train, and supervise cafe staff, including baristas, servers, and kitchen personnel.
Develop and schedule staff rosters to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours.
Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback for staff development.
Customer Service:
Enhance customer satisfaction by addressing concerns, resolving complaints, and ensuring high service quality.
Create a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for customers and staff alike.
Financial Management:
Monitor the cafe's budget, managing costs related to payroll, supplies, and operations.
Prepare and analyze financial reports, track sales, and implement strategies to enhance profitability.
Ensure accurate cash handling and financial transactions.
Marketing and Promotion:
Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement promotional strategies to boost sales and customer engagement.
Organize events and special promotions to attract new and retain existing customers.
Quality Control:
