Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales and profit goals by hitting your P&L budget every period.
- Effectively execute accurate projections and manage employee schedules while being hands-on across all shifts.
- Ensure the safety and cleanliness of the restaurant environment.
- Recruit, train, and mentor a service-oriented team of crew members and shift leaders.
- Implement strict accounting controls to safeguard restaurant operations.
Additional Duties:
- Deliver outstanding customer service and ensure guest satisfaction.
- Utilize GPS Hospitality systems for efficient restaurant management.
