Key Responsibilities:Lead & Develop a Winning Team: Cultivate a guest-focused culture where every interaction is remarkable. Recruit, train, and mentor team members, equipping them for future growth. Provide ongoing feedback, coaching, and performance management to enhance team effectiveness.Drive Store Performance & Profitability: Execute operational strategies to achieve sales, labor, and profitability targets. Analyze sales data to uncover improvement opportunities and implement marketing strategies that drive food sales. Monitor inventory and store expenses to optimize financial outcomes.Ensure High Standards in Food & Safety: Lead by example in maintaining exceptional safety and sanitation practices. Conduct regular quality assessments to ensure food and beverage standards are met. Train staff on compliance with food handling and safety regulations.Maintain a Clean & Organized Store: Ensure the store is consistently clean, well-stocked, and visually appealing. Address maintenance requirements proactively and manage vendor relationships. Oversee scheduling and payroll to ensure appropriate staffing levels.
