Qualifications
YOUR SKILLS MATTERExperience & Education: A Bachelor's degree is required, alongside a minimum of 10 years in sales or customer service, with 5–7 years in management roles at airport rental car locations. Proven leadership skills are essential; while experience in the rental industry is advantageous, we also welcome candidates with a hospitality management background.Supervisory & Communication Skills: Strong supervisory and communication skills are a must, with the ability to communicate in additional languages being a plus. Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building abilities are crucial.Organization & Customer Service: Highly organized with outstanding customer service skills.Work Authorization & License: Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship. Candidates must be at least 21 years old and possess a valid driver's license with a clean record.Work Hours & Travel: Availability to work 40 hours per week, including day or evening shifts, with openness to travel (20%), some of which may require air travel.
