Key Responsibilities:
As the General Manager (GM), your primary responsibilities will include:
- Setting the standard as a role model for Bozzuto’s core values and culture.
- Motivating the team to efficiently implement sales, marketing, and operational strategies aimed at achieving occupancy and customer retention goals.
- Overseeing the financial performance of the property in line with the established budget.
- Coaching team members on their contributions to the overall objectives.
- Providing timely and accurate financial and operational reports to clients and ownership groups, highlighting operational effectiveness and trends.
- Building and nurturing strong relationships with all stakeholders—owners, residents, employees, and vendors.
- Maintaining expertise in the competitive marketplace and coaching the team to distinguish our community from competitors.
- Collaborating with consumer marketing to develop strategies that position our community as a premier destination for enriched living experiences.
- Creating an environment that ensures consistent guest satisfaction and leads to outstanding customer satisfaction ratings.
- Working one weekend per month to engage with prospective residents, with two days off during the week.
- Encouraging professional growth and development among team members through knowledge sharing and collaboration.
- Supporting involvement in training and educational opportunities.
