About the Role
As the General Manager for Tebi in Spain, you will act as the CEO of our operations in the country. You will be responsible for establishing, expanding, and nurturing the business, driving growth by building and managing a dedicated team focused on increasing Tebi's market presence. This position involves making both strategic and tactical decisions that will contribute to Tebi's success in Spain.
You will collaborate closely with Tebi's executive team, interfacing with departments such as Operations, Finance, Product, and Leadership to foster growth in the market.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the country's revenue, growth, market strategy, and team leadership.
- Develop and implement growth strategies, including launching in new cities and territories, enhancing market share, and driving revenue growth.
- Lead the recruitment, training, and performance management of a high-performing sales and operations team.
- Act as an ambassador for Tebi’s brand, promoting our vision, values, and unique offerings within the market.
- Negotiate high-level deals and form strategic partnerships with key local customers.
- Analyze market trends, customer behaviors, and the competitive landscape to identify new growth opportunities.
- Communicate business needs and collaborate with cross-functional teams—such as product, marketing, and central operations—to align local market requirements with Tebi’s operational systems.
- Create and refine local playbooks for customer acquisition, onboarding, and support, establishing benchmarks for operational excellence.
- Become a trusted advisor and subject matter expert within the hospitality community.
