Key Responsibilities:
- Drive restaurant operations to achieve 5 Star Status.
- Enhance the Domino’s Pizza brand through professionalism, enthusiasm, and effective communication.
- Analyze daily sales, food costs, and labor; make necessary adjustments and follow-ups.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations.
- Oversee the training of team members.
- Uphold a high standard of customer service.
- Inspire and motivate staff, leading by example.
- Safeguard cash, inventory, and assets according to company policies.
General Team Member Duties:
- Operate all restaurant equipment.
- Stock ingredients from the delivery area to storage, work area, and walk-in cooler.
- Prepare food products.
- Process telephone orders.
- Conduct inventory and complete related paperwork.
- Maintain cleanliness of equipment and the facility on a daily basis.
