- Analyze daily sales, food costs, and labor, making adjustments as necessary.
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards.
- Facilitate effective training for Team Members.
- Maintain a high level of customer service.
- Inspire and motivate staff through exemplary leadership.
- Safeguard the security of cash, inventory, and other assets following company protocols.
Team Member Responsibilities:
- Operate all restaurant equipment.
- Stock ingredients from the delivery area to storage and preparation areas.
- Prepare food products.
- Process telephone orders and manage inventory paperwork.
- Ensure cleanliness of equipment and facilities on a daily basis.
