Design and implement strategies to enhance membership growth, retention, and satisfaction in alignment with the club’s business objectives.
Lead the planning and execution of events, tournaments, and coaching programs, ensuring they are well-structured and provide significant value to members.
Administer the club’s budget, track financial performance, and initiate measures to enhance profitability.
Maintain the highest standards of facility upkeep, cleanliness, and safety, ensuring an exceptional experience for all members.
Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing team, cultivating a positive, inspiring, and customer-centric work environment.
Address member inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism, ensuring prompt resolutions and high member satisfaction.
Develop and nurture strong relationships with members, staff, and the local community to bolster the club’s reputation and outreach.
