In this dynamic role, you will lead go-to-market initiatives, leveraging your expertise in Big Data, Advanced Analytics, and AI to accelerate decision-making processes and enhance customer engagement. Your ability to articulate the value of our innovative solutions to both customers and System Integrators will be crucial.
Reporting directly to our Director of Enterprise Sales, you will navigate the complexities of the market with a customer-centric approach, ensuring that you provide substantial value to our clients through tailored strategies.
Your Key Contributions:
- Establish and nurture relationships with CIOs, IT leaders, and key stakeholders.
- Drive growth by delivering value-based solutions within your accounts.
- Expand Databricks' footprint into new business units and applications.
- Consistently exceed activity, pipeline, and revenue targets.
- Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions, including use cases and forecasting in Salesforce.
- Adopt a solution-oriented sales methodology to maximize customer value.
- Promote the Databricks Data Intelligence Platform, powered by Apache Spark™ and Delta Lake.
- Strategically prioritize opportunities and utilize available resources effectively.
- Develop a roadmap for success both internally at Databricks and externally with your clients.
