Reporting directly to the UAE Country Manager, you will collaborate with a talented ensemble of Data and AI specialists to drive the implementation of Databricks within select UAE organizations. We are seeking an accomplished Enterprise Account Executive to expand our strategic partnerships and deliver significant business value through Data and Advanced Analytics.
Your Impact:
- Analyze your accounts and craft strategies to engage all decision-makers, expediting the sales process.
- Employ a solution-oriented approach to generate substantial value for new logo accounts.
- Identify and secure quick wins while efficiently managing longer, complex sales processes.
- Take ownership of a targeted list of prospects in the UAE, building strategies to engage critical stakeholders.
- Contribute to broader customer transformation objectives through strategic alliances, well-defined services, training, and targeted executive engagement.
- Establish robust value throughout the sales cycle to facilitate successful negotiations.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to maximize impact across your ecosystem.
- Manage the consumption narrative, utilizing demand plans to highlight high-value use cases in each account.
- Remain customer-focused by achieving both technical and business outcomes through the Databricks Intelligence Platform.
