Join our dynamic team as a Customer Support Representative! In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, addressing inquiries and processing orders across our Service Retail division.
Your responsibilities will include assisting customers with phone banking ID, T-PIN, and Postbank app setup, blocking and unblocking cards, exchanging cards, and documenting phishing cases. You'll also accept payment transaction orders, provide product information, and record any complaints.
While sales of products and services are not currently required, there may be opportunities in the future.
