The Role
As a vital member of our international Customer Operations team, you will provide exceptional support to GoCardless customers. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of inquiries, from general queries to more specialized assistance, guiding customers on maximizing the use of our products and services. Delivering outstanding customer service is paramount, making this role essential to our mission.
This position offers a unique opportunity to develop skills in customer and stakeholder management, as well as query resolution—both critical competencies in the dynamic fintech landscape.
Location
This role operates on a hybrid model, with three in-office working days per week (Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday).
Working Hours
This full-time position is scheduled from Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM. As we are a 24x7 operation, flexibility to work on bank holidays is required.
