Key Responsibilities
- Address customer inquiries about flight schedules, bookings, cancellations, and travel policies through phone, email, and live chat in German.
- Assist customers in making, altering, and managing their flight reservations.
- Provide comprehensive information on baggage policies, fees, and various travel-related queries.
- Handle customer complaints and issues with professionalism and empathy.
- Accurately document all customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance customer experiences and service delivery.
- Stay updated on travel trends, company services, and industry regulations to provide precise information to clients.
