Key Responsibilities

- Offer comprehensive information on vehicle models, pricing, and financing options to support customers in their decision-making.
- Assist customers in scheduling test drives and maintenance appointments while addressing any concerns they might have.
- Efficiently resolve customer complaints and inquiries while adhering to high service standards.
- Accurately document all customer interactions in the CRM system for future follow-up and reporting.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to enhance customer experience and ensure effective service delivery.
