We are seeking a driven German-Speaking Inbound Sales Associate to become part of our centralized sales team in Athens. In this role, you will serve as the initial point of contact for potential clients worldwide, guiding them to find their ideal flexible living solutions.
Your Path to Success
- Own the Sales Cycle
Respond to inbound inquiries from prospective clients through phone, email, and social media—leading them from initial contact to booking confirmation, including weekends. - Understand Client Needs
Conduct consultative sales calls to evaluate customer requirements and offer personalized accommodation solutions across global markets. - Deliver Results
Consistently achieve and surpass sales targets and KPIs while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the sales journey. - Manage Pipeline
Utilize our CRM to track and update leads, ensuring timely, accurate, and proactive follow-ups. - Collaborate Cross-Functionally
Work closely with Operations, Customer Experience, and Marketing to ensure a seamless client experience and enhance the sales process.
Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years of experience (at least 2 years within the same company) in an inbound or outbound sales role.
- A proactive mindset and strong aptitude for conducting exploratory calls, addressing objections, and closing deals effectively.
- Fluency in English and native-level proficiency in German.
