We are seeking a dynamic German Speaking Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team at MSX International in Budapest. In this pivotal role, you will collaborate closely with our regional and local stakeholders to enhance the overall Talent Acquisition Process. Your focus will be on improving selection effectiveness while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience. As the primary point of contact for European Hiring Managers and Local HR managers, you will define recruitment needs, develop sourcing strategies, and enhance recruitment processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the complete recruitment cycle for DACH and additional markets.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and Talent Specialists to understand position requirements and create tailored recruitment strategies.
- Determine the best sourcing strategies to fulfill recruitment needs (e.g., job postings, active searches, talent pipelines).
- Screen candidates and establish initial contact to select the most suitable profiles for open roles.
- Conduct interviews alongside hiring managers and make informed hiring decisions collaboratively.
- Identify and implement improvements to continuously enhance the candidate experience.
- Ensure compliance with employee data protection policies.
- Achieve key performance metrics, including timeliness, accuracy, quality, and error rates.
