Experience: Minimum of 2 years working with Esri technology, including map creation, spatial analysis, and web application configuration.
Local Government Knowledge: At least 1 year of experience within local government.
Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of ArcGIS, especially from an IT perspective (hardware, storage, security, networking, web services, virtualization, cloud computing).
Consulting Skills: Proven background in technical consulting and conceptual solution design, along with familiarity in sales and business development processes.
Database Expertise: Experience with geodatabases and the underlying DBMS technology.
Cloud Knowledge: Understanding of cloud computing concepts and environments, particularly Microsoft Azure or AWS.
Presentation Skills: Exceptional aptitude for creating and delivering engaging presentations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
