ABOUT THE ROLE
As the Global AI-Enhanced Quality Manager, you will be at the forefront of redefining quality standards at SharkNinja. You will spearhead the implementation of global QA protocols across both human and AI-assisted channels, ensuring we provide empathetic, consistent, and high-quality consumer experiences worldwide. You will revolutionize our quality assessment methods by transitioning from traditional sampling to intelligent, AI-driven evaluation, all while upholding our core philosophy of Hear It, Feel It, Fix It. Collaboration with the Technology team will be essential to guide the evolution of our tools, as well as working closely with regional leaders to ensure global strategies are effectively aligned with local nuances.
