About the Role
Join our dynamic Global App team and take a pivotal role in enhancing the digital experience for guests at Minor Hotels. This internship provides invaluable hands-on exposure to the operations, testing, and performance of our integrated guest app, utilized across over 560 properties globally. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Quality Assurance, and Hotel Operations to onboard new properties, ensure the accuracy of content, and promote app adoption.
Key Responsibilities
- App Quality Assurance Testing: Participate in version testing, document bugs, and conduct regression tests throughout release cycles.
- Content Review and Audit: Evaluate property-specific content (images, menus, descriptions) within the app and liaise with hotels for timely updates.
- Property Onboarding Support: Assist in preparing checklists, documentation, and coordination for the seamless onboarding of new properties to the Minor Hotels App.
- Performance Monitoring: Aid in tracking metrics such as app pairings, in-stay feature usage, and guest feedback for each property.
- Development of Support Materials: Contribute to the creation of onboarding kits and internal documentation for hotel teams.
