The Global Associate Brand Director sHTG at Sobi plays a crucial role in driving operational excellence for a high-profile global brand. This position involves orchestrating plans, content, approvals, agency coordination, analytics, and affiliate enablement, providing hands-on exposure to strategic planning through various cycles, insight reviews, and collaborative forums. You will work closely with a cross-functional global team as well as regional and affiliate teams to translate strategy into high-quality, timely execution.
- Manage daily program activities for priority brand initiatives, including timelines, work-back plans, and executive updates; ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery through agency and internal partner coordination.
- Assist in the annual brand planning process, encompassing inputs for long-range planning (LRP), KPI tracking, budget management, and purchase order/invoice processes, while maintaining version control for all master assets.
- Oversee the development and updates of global master assets including HCP materials, digital content, training presentations, and toolkits, ensuring scientific accuracy and brand consistency.
- Administer approval workflows and archives within enterprise systems (e.g., Veeva) to maintain audit readiness and enhance cycle efficiency.
- Create trafficking briefs, manage specifications/tagging (e.g., UTMs), collaborate with media and creative agencies, perform quality assurance on live placements, and monitor in-flight performance to support global activations across paid, owned, and earned channels.
- Develop and maintain performance dashboards for campaigns, content utilization, brand health, and engagement metrics; synthesize research and market/clinical insights into actionable recommendations.
- Localize and distribute global toolkits, host enablement sessions, and gather feedback from regions/affiliates to refine assets and guidance.
- Coordinate the brand’s representation at key congresses and events, managing content packages, logistics, and post-event follow-up.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, industry standards, and internal policies; exemplify company values and ethical conduct in all work activities.
