Your Role
We are seeking a Global Benefits Partner to join our Total Rewards team. This pivotal role within the Global Benefits function will help design, deliver, and manage benefits programs across AMER, EMEA, APAC, and LATAM. You will collaborate closely with the People Team, Payroll, Finance, Legal, and external brokers/providers to ensure our employees and their families receive competitive, sustainable, and compliant benefits.
As the Benefits Partner, you will provide regional subject matter expertise for EMEA while also contributing to initiatives and operations across all global regions. This role demands both strategic input and operational excellence.

Benefits Strategy & Delivery
- Collaborate with the Benefits Manager to design and manage Braze’s global benefits offerings, ensuring competitiveness, cost-effectiveness, and alignment with business strategy.
- Lead regional renewals (with broker support), including benchmarking and plan design evaluation.
- Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements across EMEA while working with team members to support AMER, APAC, and LATAM.
