Stay informed on changes in the international benefits landscape, proposing and implementing enhancements based on market trends and the organization’s needs.
Maintain and nurture relationships with benefit plan brokers, providers, vendors, and consultants to ensure effective plan administration and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Enhance employee understanding of benefits by developing country-specific onboarding materials and supporting wellness initiatives.
Provide independent technical expertise on assigned programs, demonstrating in-depth knowledge of relevant regulations, policies, and procedures.
Lead the onboarding and implementation of new vendors for in-country benefits.
Continuously improve the administration and operations of global wellness programs, ensuring effective communication and engagement.
Supervise global wellness and educational programs aimed at promoting healthy lifestyles and enhancing employee satisfaction.
Collaborate with global partners to establish a cohesive global wellness strategy and support access to benefits and wellness resources.
