We are seeking a Global Care Navigator/Support Coordinator to join our team! Candidates must possess a Master’s degree in a behavioral health field and hold licensure or certification as a counselor, social worker, psychotherapist, or psychologist. Full bilingual proficiency in both English and French is required, with additional fluency in French Canadian, Spanish, or other languages being a plus!
The Global Care Navigator will guide our members through their mental health care journey, ensuring they receive the necessary support while delivering an exceptional experience with Spring Health. The ideal candidate will have a profound understanding of patient and clinician workflows, demonstrating responsiveness, resourcefulness, empathy, and professionalism. Creative problem-solving skills and a passion for providing high-quality care are essential for this role.
