Join GRESB as the Global Chief Product and Technology Officer, a pivotal role where you will significantly influence our business trajectory by harmonizing product vision, technology, and cutting-edge AI innovations. You will be responsible for embedding AI and autonomous engineering into our product strategy, developing intelligent capabilities that meet customer needs and drive scalable platforms. This position is key to accelerating innovation and delivering distinctive, AI-driven products that foster growth and ensure a sustainable competitive edge.
KEY EXPERIENCE/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Support the CEO and leadership team in achieving financial and operational targets aligned with GRESB’s strategic 3- to 5-year plan.
- As a vital member of GRESB’s leadership team, aim for a 20%+ increase in revenue from FY2026 through FY2030, which includes:
- Total Revenue: Growing from approximately $30 million in FY2025 to around $100 million by FY2031
- EBITDA: Increasing from about $6 million in FY2024 to $40 million by FY2031
- Measure the percentage of key products and internal workflows significantly enhanced or automated by AI.
- Directly connect AI initiatives to productivity gains and enhanced user value.
Develop a clear and compelling product vision and strategy that delivers value to customers while aligning with the company's core strategic priorities and financial objectives.
- Create a comprehensive multi-product strategy that encompasses Limited Partners (LPs) and General Partners (GPs), extending into new markets such as lenders and banks to evaluate the performance of critical non-financial metrics for real estate and infrastructure assets. This will involve both immediate module introductions (e.g., Data Centers, Asset Labs) and long-term expansions.
- Establish a detailed plan for product expansion across short, medium, and long-term horizons, generating 20% of revenue from new products annually.

- Proactively manage regulatory changes and competitive threats to refine the product roadmap and stay ahead of market trends and evolving client requirements.
- Deliver a robust pipeline of products that have a high likelihood of commercial success while minimizing implementation challenges and follow-up support needs.
Enhance product management practices and frameworks to effectively execute the product roadmap.
- Lead an AI-centric product management framework to ensure disciplined, cross-functional product delivery, measuring and tracking the effectiveness of the product team through various metrics (e.g., velocity, customer satisfaction/NPS).
- Systematically gather customer feedback from diverse sources (e.g., customer meetings, focus groups, competitor analysis, NPS feedback, go-to-market strategies, marketing, and customer organizations). Ensure that critical customer needs are integrated into the product roadmap in a timely and ongoing manner.
