Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:BA/BS degree with 12 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience, including at least 4 years in a leadership role.Demonstrated ability to cultivate relationships that drive growth.A collaborative spirit who thrives in diverse, multi-disciplinary environments.Extensive experience in data center development.Self-starter with a strong leadership presence and significant experience in client-facing roles.Established connections with industry-leading hyperscalers, colocation firms, and/or developers.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.Able to navigate ambiguity and lead through influence.Experience working with multicultural teams.Willingness to travel both domestically and internationally.Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams.

This pivotal role involves managing AECOM’s relationships with our top-tier global technology clients, which are projected to generate annual revenues between $30 million and $60 million across all regions and business lines (including Buildings+Places, Water, Environment+Energy, Transportation, Program Management, and Federal). You will report directly to the Senior Vice President and Head of Global Technology and Data Centers, focusing on expanding AECOM's business with these key clients. Performance indicators will emphasize portfolio growth, profitable service delivery, client satisfaction, and the strength and seniority of relationships, alongside long-term strategic development.
