Role Overview
The Global Compensation & Benefits Analyst is an essential individual contributor role focused on the administration and execution of ABBYY’s global compensation and benefits initiatives through meticulous analysis, reporting, and operational coordination.
This position merges strong analytical skills with practical program support. The Global Compensation & Benefits Analyst collaborates with Talent Acquisition, People Operations, Finance, Payroll, and external vendors to reinforce and inform the organization’s pay and benefits philosophy through market analysis, program assessment, and data-driven suggestions, ensuring that compensation and benefits practices are competitive, consistent, and meaningful across all regions for our employees.
Key Responsibilities
Compensation Analysis & Program Support
- Develop comprehensive compensation analyses to support annual merit cycles, promotions, adjustments, and other pay-related initiatives.
- Conduct market benchmarking and job matching using external compensation surveys (e.g., Radford or similar data sources).
- Assist with role leveling and job architecture alignment by preparing market data and internal equity analyses.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to provide analytical support for new roles and hiring strategies.
