Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Director of Global Creative and work closely with Digital and Marketing teams to ensure that all graphics and branding initiatives align with overarching marketing objectives and adhere to brand guidelines.
- Design engaging graphics for various digital platforms, including websites, landing pages, web banners, headers, icons, infographics, email campaigns, social media graphics, and templates, while coordinating with cross-functional teams for implementation.
- Oversee the management of digital creative brand assets, maintaining organized digital libraries of campaign materials and photographic assets, while establishing a systematic naming convention for files to facilitate storage and archiving.
- Assist in the integration of new software and system updates, ensuring that the Creative team is equipped with the latest tools and technologies.
- Stay abreast of evolving digital beauty industry trends through research and competitive analysis, contributing to the development of innovative content ideas and strategic initiatives.
